This website is not at all user friendly. Previous website was much simple and user friendly…it often become un responsive even though the internet is fine..variuos option missing from last website., For eg confi4m availability on other train option is very intermittent sometime it is available and sometime not.this website just make me irate and frustrsted..even manh of my friends reported the same..plz do the need update as its nit user friendly..
