To my surprise still now no action has been taken to fix the reason of eticketing portal would not open in North America. Reported to Irctc care for numerous times but these cce personnel are just a parrot, repeat the same what they had taught. Do not like to read the email. Just copy the pre set answer. My ticket Id-1137240.
send screen shot from Canada, report from Chicago and still Irctc care, telling us that the portal is fine in india and suggesting to clean the web browser. I had used lap top, android mobile , iPad and the browsers like chrom, explore, edge Firefox, none of the browser open Irctc portal period. Admit it and fix it.
