Dear sirs,
My name is ximena robledo and my IRCTC user is :ximenarobledo I live in Argentina and I haven’t a Indian mobile to get the SMS OTP. I need to book a train ticket but I can’t do it. I send to you my passport copy. Can you send me the SMS OTP please?Best regards

This is the solution to your problem:
Using Update profile option on IRCTC e-Ticketing website, Foreign Tourists and NRIs should first submit and verify International mobile number in their profile. To verify the provided mobile number, an OTP will be sent. User must submit the received OTP to complete the verification process.
If you have not updated your mobile number then update and if you have updated your mobile and you are not getting otp then you need to contact irctc at care@irctc.co.in

Tweet your problem to @PiyushGoyal.
He is railway minister of India. In this way your query will be listened quickly. There is no other way. We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding foreign travels not receiving OTP and this is the only solution we think.
