Sir, I have forgot my user ID n login password. Help me to retrieve.

If you have forgotten your IRCTC user ID and password, you can recover them by following the steps given below:

  1. Go to the IRCTC website and click on the “Login” button.
  2. Click on the “Forgot User ID/ Password” link.
  3. Select “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password” depending on what you need to recover.
  4. If you have selected “Forgot User ID”, enter your registered email address and mobile number. IRCTC will send your user ID to your registered email address and mobile number.
  5. If you have selected “Forgot Password”, enter your user ID and select the option to reset your password using either your registered email address or mobile number.
  6. Follow the instructions provided by IRCTC to reset your password.
  7. Once you have reset your password, log in to your account using your new password.
