I must say that your IRCTC site is useless. It’s been a week I have signed up and till today not able to register. Every day I call customer care and every time they ask me to send an email, after sending an email about the same issue still they are not able to fix the problem. I have asked to change my password, refresh the page and so on. The site allows NRI to register then where is the problem. The employees, customer care centre or the IT department who can’t fix this problem.
