The new website has a lot of bugs, Not a good design and not user-friendly.

• While Making the payment its asking one passenger id should be verified – If I am booking for others
• If No berth preference is selected for the senior citizen the logic fails says No lower berth available and the ticket is not booked after the amount is deducted from the bank.
• Not user-friendly – There is a lot of clicks – select the train, select the class like SL – check availability – change the class again click on the availability
• I have to click on add passenger manually – even though I have selected 4 passengers and clicked on modify the search. 
• I will search for the train and go for booking – Why should scroll up and enter the passenger numbers.
• booking return ticket is again a nightmare – It’s asking for aadhar not selected – it displays my aadhar no and the id column  dropdown is disabled
• Feedback section has a bug – characters with an apostrophe can’t be entered even though there is the message it’s allowed.
• More time is spent of for booking then old site
• Not a good design.
• The worst design and buggy website

The old website has good design the train selection and grid or table view/tab view for different class selection.
