Agar aap apne IRCTC account ko dusre mobile mein login karne mein samasya ka samna kar rahe hain, toh iska kuch karan ho sakte hain. Yahaan kuch samanya samadhaan diye gaye hain:
- Login credentials check karen: Kripya yaad karen ki aapke paas sahi login ID aur password hona chahiye. Agar aap password bhool gaye hain, toh IRCTC ke website par “Forgot Password” link par click karke apna password reset kar sakte hain.
- Mobile Number verification karen: Aapka mobile number IRCTC account se registered hona chahiye aur usmein current hona chahiye. Yadi aap apna mobile number update karna chahte hain, toh aap IRCTC ke website ya mobile app se apna mobile number update kar sakte hain.
- Mobile App aur Browser update karen: Agar aap IRCTC ke mobile app ya browser ka upyog kar rahe hain, toh inhein update karen. Naye version mein kuch nayi sudhar hote hain jisse aapka login process aasan ho sakta hai.
- Cookies aur cache clear karen: Kabhi-kabhi, cookies aur cache ke karan login process mein samasya ho sakti hai. Aap cookies aur cache ko clear karke, login process ko dobara try kar sakte hain.
- IRCTC customer care se sampark karen: Yadi aap sabhi upar diye gaye samadhaan try karne ke baad bhi login mein asafalta se gujar rahe hain, toh aap IRCTC customer care se sampark kar sakte hain. Wo aapki samasya ka samadhaan karne mein aapki sahayata karenge.
