Dear sir, 
Yesterday I booked my ticket and do the payment using FreeCharge wallet but amount deducted but ticket not booked.
Please help….. And refund my money…

For Failed transactions where the ticket is not booked and money deducted has an automatic refund system in IRCTC, you will get your money back in your account in few days. So first wait for at least 5 days. Even after this, if you do not receive your money back in your FreeCharge wallet then try contacting care@irctc.co.in and simultaneously to FreeCharge customer care and ask them if they received the money back and have not transferred back into your wallet. So, if FreeCharge customer care finds out that the money has been received by them then they may add the money to your wallet. Otherwise, IRCTC will respond with details. Make sure when contacting IRCTC you give every detail required. Like your irctc username, phone number, email id, transaction id or reference number, ticket booking date etc.
