Sir, guess there is no rocket science in just deleting details from your main server. It’s not that once you register a mobile number can’t be used again. What if I change my number and that number was previously been used by someone, then how would u help me out later then. Also I have only one email ID you mean to say I create another email iD for creating correct details in ROTC. This is really sad part of technology then. Please give me some direct number of senior management or IT head to whom I can discuss this matter.
I wonder counties like US are hiring manpower form India and we are so helpless that we cant rectify middle name in my profile for which ur IT head suggests me to purchase new mobile number and create new email ID. Very pity sir if it’s so… Help me out on this issue please. I do believe I need to take this matter with higher authorities so these commen mistakes could be taken care which will be helpful for common people in future.

Pease advise then how can i book 12 tickets as i am not able to link my Adhaar for the same and i frequently travel. Please help me out to solve this on priority. As such i dont have any other alternative mobile and email id to be registered, better help me out with the same.
