One E-Ticket Per Session Rule On IRCTC

IRCTC has decided to implement a new rule on e-tickets between 8 am to 12 pm by restricting the users to book only one ticket per login. This means that you need to logout and then login again to book another ticket for yourself. The step is taken to discourage booking of
tickets by frauds and touts.

The good news is that this restriction will not be applicable on return or onward journey ticket. According to Indian railways, the e-ticketing website will automatically logout any user who tries to book multiple tickets on a single login session.

However, this may lead to problems for genuine users who want to book multiple tickets but this step will surely effect those who book just to sell tickets for more money.
